Directions from Blacksburg:

1. Take Harding Ave. (downtown) or Mt. Tabor Rd. (North Main) from Blacksburg to US RT 311.

2. Turn right on US RT 311.

3. The Appalachian Trail parking lot will be on the right, about 2.5 mi from Mt. Tabor (less from Harding) just after The Homeplace restaurant and immediately before a steep downgrade.

4. Both trailheads are across US RT 311 from the parking lot.
